DAY 1: WELCOME, INTRODUCTION AND TOUR

Introduction to the history, background and philosophy of permaculture at Krameterhof farm
Discussion of the basic principles of Holzer Permaculture
Deepening the permaculture principles with practical examples
Inspection and discussion of various facilities at Krameterhof farm
Multifunctional pond systems - rainwater retention, flood protection, fish, crayfish and water gardens
Earth cellar and storage
DAY 2: PERMACULTURE IN AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE
9:00 am – 5:00 pm (lunch break approx. from 12:00 to 01:00 pm)
Inspection and discussion of various facilities at Krameterhof farm
Deepening the permaculture principles with practical examples
Fruit and vegetable growing on the Krameterhof farm - techniques, humus build-up, mulch
Animal husbandry - multifunctional systems
Agroforestry and forest garden
Final discussion and Q&A session
