The incredible Josef Holzer will explore the fundamentals of water balance, rainwater harvesting, water retention and water management in permanent and regenerative agricultural landscapes.

One of the highlights of the seminar will be a hands-on experience with the Holzer Method for soil exploration combined with water retention and the construction of natural ponds. You will learn how to design water retention systems perfectly adapted to the natural parameters of your landscape and discover how to build natural ponds without using plastic.
